Dinner is served nightly starting at 4:30pm and is the place to be! Be sure to skip the wait by making reservations in advance. Masa-san is our resident surfer/sushi chef hailing from Osaka, Japan… watch him at the sushi bar or order something special to compliment your food. Locals will tell you… it is definitely worth the wait!
